  • How can we create a company profile in the Bilkent University Resume Database?

    Please go to https://stars.bilkent.edu.tr/kariyer/. Once you select the “Company new Entry” option and enter your company information on the form, you will receive a company entry code and a password. 

  • I encountered a problem while saving my data in the Bilkent University Resume Database. What should I do?

    Please send us the related error message and/or a screenshot using the Feedback section in the Resume Database, and we will try to resolve your problem.

  • What information is required in order to register with the Bilkent University Resume Database?
    • A resume in PDF format with a photograph and contact information
    • A resume in PDF format without a photograph and contact information
    • A photograph suitable for professional purposes, in JPG format and not larger than 2 MB
  • I forgot my student ID number. Can you help me?

    You may contact the Bilkent Alumni Center for your ID number.

  • I can’t remember my alumni password. Can I renew it?

    You can visit https://stars.bilkent.edu.tr/alumni/index.php?do=reset.password with your student ID number and request a password. Your new password will be sent to your e-mail address.

  • How can I enter the Bilkent University Resume Database website?

    For students: Use your ID number and Stars password

    For alumni: Use your ID number and Alumni password

  • Do I need to pay to use the Bilkent University Resume Database services?

    No, all Resume Database services are free of charge.

  • Who uses the Bilkent University Resume Database, and how?

    The Resume Database aims to build a bridge between Bilkent University students and graduates and the business world. Our students and graduates can upload their resumes and apply for the jobs and internships listed in the database. Companies can publish job and internship listings, and can scan the database for candidate profiles that match their search criteria.

  • Can I apply for a job or internship through the Career Center?

    Please apply for jobs/internships using the Bilkent University Resume Database at https://stars.bilkent.edu.tr/kariyer.

  • Where can I view the Career Center calendar of activities?

  • What is a mock interview?

    We can offer you an individual “practice” interview before you go to an actual internship or job interview, so that you will be able to express yourself more effectively during the real interview.
